Dr Emilija Robinson, Postdoctoral Researcher, Macquarie University.

Emilija joined the adeno-associated virus core at the Dementia Research Centre in 2020, where she uses molecular biology techniques to develop new AAV variants. She holds a doctorate from the University of Basel in Switzerland, where she studied the epigenetic regulation of gene expression. Prior to her work at the DRC, Emilija studied the role of phosphoinositides (PIs) in cell development at the Swiss Federal Institute of Science and Technology-ETH in Zurich.
